We at Mothers Helping Hands work very hard at making our clients’ needs and satisfaction a top priority. We understand how to effectively set up a routine that fits your family’s lifestyle and is able to interpret and adequately respond to your baby’s needs. We are there to educate and assist you as a new parent by answering any questions you may have that develop on a day-to-day basis.
Overnight newborn care is one of Mothers Helping Hands most beloved service options for support! Mothers Helping Hands is unique in that we have a tiered system of care providers to fit any family budget. From one night of support a week to seven, we have you covered. It is our mission to provide care for any family that may need it.
We define Postpartum Care as Mothering the Mother. Our Postpartum Doulas enable you to recover from pregnancy and birth while focusing your energy on bonding with your newborn. This period is usually considered to be the first few days after delivery, but it includes the six-week period after childbirth. Every woman’s needs are different depending on the type of delivery she had and how her body responds to it.
We developed this service for those mothers that are in unique situations such as: A difficult birth resulting in the need for added stay, mothers who had a C-section or complication and need a little more direct assistance, mothers with partners that have other family obligations like older siblings, pets, or household issues or are unavailable due to work, being in a hospital that does not have nursery facilities.
