We are a member of C.A.P.P.A. (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association), and every member of our team is Newborn Care Specialist Trained, G-Tube Care/Feeding Trained and C.P.R. certified.

Rosalee Henry is a Certified Perinatal Patient Navigator, Newborn Care Educator, and Postpartum Doula with over 20 years of experience. As the founder of Mothers Helping Hands Atlanta LLC, she empowers community health workers and supports families with personalized postpartum care. Rosalee’s journey began as a nanny in 2002, where she recognized a need for specialized newborn care. In 2010, she became a certified postpartum doula through C.A.P.P.A. and launched her agency in 2012, growing it from a solo operation to a thriving business with over 20 employees in just two years.

With expertise in newborn care for over 200 babies, including multiples, Rosalee has worked domestically and internationally, tailoring her approach to diverse families. She also guides corporate employees through maternity and paternity leave transitions, ensuring a smooth return to work. A sought-after speaker, Rosalee shares her insights at women’s health seminars, meet-ups, and consultations.

Rosalee’s mission extends to coaching others in maternal health, helping them scale businesses and retain skilled workers, directly impacting maternal mortality rates. Her achievements include graduating from Morehouse School of Medicine’s Perinatal Patient Navigator Program, receiving a 7-figure award, and being named one of Atlanta’s 50 most powerful women.
